2026 EH MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
LONG-TERM TRAINING, SUPPORT, TUITION AND COACHING WITH THE EH TEAM
A Mentorship Program is a monthly subscription based service container where you are guaranteed a wide array of support with an allocated EH Team Member. Instead of booking casual, unpredictable lessons here and there, lacking consistency and after-care, you enter into a program where you can relax knowing that your tuition, coaching and support is built-in and guaranteed across a long period of time.
This relieves your mind around arranging and organising your coaching and lessons.
Giving you more space to think about your horse work.
Amplifying your progress within unprecedented levels of support.

How is a Mentorship Different From a HC Program or Online Course?
A Homecoming Program is a big group, 80/100+ people.
A Mentorship contains 4-7 people, maximum.
A Homecoming Program provides new focus subjects each week, with bespoke self-study tutorials associated with that weekly focus subject.
A Mentorship Program does not deliver new weekly focus subjects or self-study tutorials weekly, but is lead by the unique needs of the intimate group instead.
An Online Course is 100% Self Study with Pre-Recorded Materials around a focus subject.
A Mentorship can range across almost any subject and is lead by your unique needs as a student, and the group.
A Homecoming Program or Online Course does not offer you Private Services.
A Mentorship is a mix of Private Services and group work, and more.
What is Included During Your Mentorship?
6-12 month duration, but you can step out if your situation changes.
Built-in Private Sessions, approximately 1 per month.
Rest / Half months for digestion, half services, half cost.
Access to the EH School and Full Suite of EH Online Courses (Only for Lockie's Groups).
Access to Homecoming 4.0, or similar Fourth Quarter Coaching Program (Only for Lockie's Groups)
Discounts to additional Private Services should you want more than your package guarantees.
Big Discounts to Homecoming 4.0 or similar (For Kristy, Hayley and Michelle Groups).
Small group of horse people who are experiencing similar needs to you.
Group Coaching Calls to amplify learning and strengthen your community.
