Kristy is a horse mom, a mom, a successful business woman, an Energetic Translator/Balancer and has a bachelors degree in Sociology. Sometimes, it can be hard to just be a horse person... let alone train our horse! Making choices about boarding environments, diet and lifestyle with our horses... IS HARD. Navigating relationships with our vets, boarding managers, neighbours and colleagues... IS HARD. Rebuilding our mindset about what horses mean to us... IS HARD. It is even harder to do this alone. Lockie spends a lot of time in the personal coaching space with a client long before they are ready to implement training and riding tools with their horse. This is absolutely NOT therapy, because we administer no clinical diagnostics or treatment, but we do listen, support guide and share. Michelle has stepped into this role too. And now Kristy will step into this role. Kristy's focus is on horse keeping, stewardship navigation, and emotional support to today's horse-parent. Expect a warm and nurturing embrace from Kristy in this online hour, and thread it back into your horsemanship practice, feeling all the better for it.
